Meditations by Janice Hoffman are designed to ensure a deep, relaxing, and rejuvenating meditation for both the beginner and advanced meditator. Janice’s calming voice gently guides you through three stages, taking you to a place of relaxation and meditation.
Each program begins with relaxation — your body has a chance to gently let go. Next, guided imagery will take you to a place of inner awareness. Peaceful & inspirational music will calmly allow you to expand your awareness. As your programs ends, all is pulled together and you are returned to the present, relaxed, refreshed and renewed.
