Dear Janice,

In the business world, it is essential that customers and sales people communicate with one another. If Men are From Mars and Women Are From Venus, someone needs to be able to teach the differences in the way men and women communicate. That person is you. Our members are still talking about your presentation. The insight you gave each attendee will be an asset in their occupation as well as in their personal life. AS an association, one of our goals is to provide training. I am sure that the lessons our members learned from your presentations are being used today to increase sales in their publications.

Thank you for taking the extra time to tailor your presentation for our group and for doing such an outstanding job of presenting.
